Homeschool Enrichment Classes
The classes below are build up as a year long on going experience. Usually kids need more than one block to accomplish a project. But the blocks give a little structure. Block 1 (5 weeks) September 1st - October 3rd Block 2 (6 weeks) October 13th - November 21st My classes are all in person and at the moment I am aiming to enroll in between 3 - 6 children for each class. Longer classes have a little break in the middle.
Beginner Knitting Class We start from scratch with finger crochet, finger weaving and will make our very own knitting needles to keep and eventually knit our very first keepsake animals to love. We meet once a week for 90 minutes for example Wednesday from 1:30 - 3:00
5th grade Pod Knitting in the round it may be, but also some more intricate embroidery and I am open to incorporate ideas from the students.
Knitting a Gnome The children will continue to practice their knitting skills, but also learn how to purl and increase and decrease and some will start to fix their own mistakes. In this class we meet for 2 hours, for example Wednesday from 1:30 to 3:30.
Doll Workshop Enjoy the magic process of Doll-Making. I love it each and every time.
3rd and 4th grade Pod The children are soft animals and do embroidery, crochet is a possibility, depending on the group. Wednesday or Thursday from 1:30 - 4:00
